Welcome to my website. As a strategy consultant I deal with technology and business issues in the telecom industry. I also co-operate with banks as well as utility and transportation companies helping them in shaping their ITC strategies.

Due to my scientific background, I am able to pursue innovation-related projects, in which the technical correctness of my work is not compromised by the high-level perspective but contributes to a solution of actual strategic questions. Being both a CxO-proof and technologically savvy person I often interface between Business and IT during my engagements for major telecommunications players. My experience involves organisational optimisation and cost cutting initiatives, regulatory issues as well as system optimisations, including business intelligence, CRM and billing.
